It’s time to… assemble

After months of cutting, carving, engraving I finyes, first because I’m already thinking of making a digital version of itπŸ˜‚) watch!!!

In the previous article I had already connected the case to the strap and also added the closure of the watch. Now comes the hardest part: mounting the circuit inside the case and connecting the battery and closing everything up.

After assembling all the components, with the help of 4 simple screws, I hooked the plexiglass case to the wooden case thus completing the assembly of the clock.

Clicking 2, 3, 4 or 5 times on the lateral button activates

  • double click: the leds indicating the time turn on;
  • triple click: allows setting the hour;
  • four clicks: allows to set minutes;
  • five clicks: all leds light up (used for debugging).

That’s it, it seems incredible to have managed to complete this project (the first of a long series 😁). I am very satisfied with the final result even if during the construction phase I noticed some things that surely can be improved or completely changed in the future digital version.
